In the beginning signs of symptoms, took equal parts water (or maybe juice) as well as apple cider vinegar (organic, with the mother!)

In water or maybe some sort of smooth foods, took 1/2 tsp or perhaps much more of activated charcoal (or perhaps capsules in case you are able to swallow them)

Repeat until the symptoms stop of mine.
